Brian and Griz were wonderful to work with and purchasing my new 'used' Crosstrek was a great experience, which I normally wouldn't say about buying a car. Internet communication with Brian and Griz was rea my new 'used' Crosstrek was a great experience, which I normally wouldn't say about buying a car. Internet communication with Brian and Griz was really good before going into the dealership and working w/Griz once we got there (Brian was out of the office at that time) was a pleasure - all went so smoothly (doing the test drive and signing all the paper work). I'm loving my car! More

The Subaru superstore purchase experience was refreshing to us. Operating an office with multiple individuals as well as having a passion for vehicles has led us to purchase over 90 vehicles in the last 30 to us. Operating an office with multiple individuals as well as having a passion for vehicles has led us to purchase over 90 vehicles in the last 30 years as well as refer more than 20 vehicles for purchase in the last decade. I was skeptical at first going out into the vehicle purchase world however Griz made it a pleasure once we made our specifications known. I definitely recommend the Subaru superstore for a professional buying experience with great value. More

Everyone was fantastic to work with! This was by far the best experience we have had when leasing a vehicle (and we have leased a good amount!) Every single person was so personable and incredibly helpful. Usually you walk in knowing its going to be a long day/afternoon. They really streamlined everything and were very knowledgeable. Great experience I went to the dealership with one purpose in mind....to buy a car. I had done my research & decided I would buy a Legacy. I had emailed about a 2019 L I went to the dealership with one purpose in mind....to buy a car. I had done my research & decided I would buy a Legacy. I had emailed about a 2019 Legacy & Brian got back to me quickly saying he would help when I decided to come in.on the day I came in Brian was there. I never felt pressured. He gave me the facts about the car & the availability of a 2019 versus a 2020 model. After the test drive & deciding I did want the 2020 model, the next step was talking to Joe about the financial part. He explained everything & answers my questions. After that I spent time with Dustin to go over the operation of the car. He was so nice & patient. Buying my Subaru was a great experience. More

Second purchase I used this dealership because it was easy to purchase a vehicle on line. I was able to get price quotes, which made it easy to shop around. Also ha I used this dealership because it was easy to purchase a vehicle on line. I was able to get price quotes, which made it easy to shop around. Also having the lower tax rate helps I was disappointed however to find the hitch I had purchased had not been installed. I was hoping to use on vacation. I live 150 miles away and will have to arrange to go back to have done, not to happy about that. I was also given a price quote on a Forester when I was asking about a “ forest green” Outback. I have used this dealership for several years and have been very happy with service and the friendliness of staff. More
