Bad service do not honor warranty. I have been given the run around and they now are saying it’s not my battery because it’s under warranty. At first it was not it’s not . Shone Wright service manager no help and very rude. Also kinda racist. I have been coming here over 18 years and since Steve Raymond sold this dealership it has went down hill. They need more diversity her I haven’t seen one Black servicemen in the office. More

The worst service department I have ever had to deal with. Advisors just come in when they want, don't keep appointments, poor attitude. Ordered parts 3-4 months ago for a warranty item, never got a c with. Advisors just come in when they want, don't keep appointments, poor attitude. Ordered parts 3-4 months ago for a warranty item, never got a call but they have been in stock for 2 months. Their telephone numbers were turned off for days, possibly weeks.ALL TELEPHONE NUMBERS "no longer in service." Ridiculous. Never get a call when vehicle service is finished, have to track down service advisors on their mobiles over the course of 2 days for a 1/2 day service request. Everyone in Parts, Service, Techs and the courtesy driver acknowledge service Sucks. Really does and will never purchase another vehicle or take a car for service there again. More

This is the second time I have gone to this locton for car service. The first one went well but this second time was awful. I had my car towed there and it took them a week to get back to me to let me kno car service. The first one went well but this second time was awful. I had my car towed there and it took them a week to get back to me to let me know that I needed a new transmission. I called several times and was told someone would call me but I didn't get a call back. I had to drive there to get n update in person. I asked them what exactly was wrong and I was just told I needed a new transmission. I wanted to get a second opion so I had it towed somewhere and I had to pay $150 for a diagnostic fee to be able to get my car. I asked if there was some sort of report or something than just being told I needed a new transmission for $150. I was told I would be something by email, I haven't received anything yet. I took it to another shop and had a diagnosis the next day and it wasn't a new transmission that was needed. I encourage everyone to go somewhere else and avoid this place. I spoke to the manager about this and was told by him they would email me a report and I have still not received anything. If it goes well for you using their services great but if it doesn't pray you dont get the runaround like I am with them. More

Good sales team. Crap service. The buying experience was easy as I paid by check. I drove from Florida to Atlanta to get my 2014 Audi S5. There was undisclosed damage to the bumper and front quarter panel, dismissed as "it was in the photo". Kind of xx since they knew I was driving 6 hours and specifically asked if there were ANY issues. On the way home the low oil light came on, so I pulled over and added a quart. The next morning I had about 4 quarts of oil on my garage floor - The oil plug was installed improperly. I emailed them about the issue and received no reply. More

Sold a lemon dream car I originally came to dealership for a new car but was told I didn't qualify for a new car with a credit score of 655 .So now I have a used car with b I originally came to dealership for a new car but was told I didn't qualify for a new car with a credit score of 655 .So now I have a used car with bad breaks,oil change overdue and emissions issues 2013 Chevrolet eqinox with less than 35,000 miles With no report 2 verify vehicle has ever been serviced My private mechanic checked this Chevrolet after driving the car for 4 days Very rude don't care attitude. Sales person are liars Brian Jackson hung up in my face when I reminded him that they were going do service check on car Lombardi curse and yelled at me in a office full of staff and 3 Customer in lobby about a down payment date needed to be changed will not show me car fax report for car lied about Down payment options at night of deal did deal at gas station at11pm at night never detailed my car prior 2 purchased vehicle Didn't give me a tag for 3 1/2 weeks plus told me I can't have a tag until I pay other half of the down payment I was only given a loner tag for 3 1/2 weeks. I got stopped by police because I didn't have a temporary plate on my used Chevrolet Never showed me a maintenance report on vehicle to confirm last oil change and other transmission issues BRIAN JACKSON LIED ABOUT BUYING MY CHILDREN 9yr and 11yr and their grandmother. A gift card at a local restaurant in Atlanta or deal I hv been requesting a used INSPECTION since day 1 of purchase of this vehicle and oil change but every time I come in the dealership is Mgr. Are not there Then author Lombardi said he would do the items listed and now they refused My first time ever BUYING a car from a dealer I'm in college and this is the worst memory So parents and college students STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER I WILL BE POSTING ON ALL SOCAIL MEDIA AND ON MY BLACK BOARD COLLEGE CAMPUS IN ATLANTA 🖓 More

The excelent care I received from Brian Barrett . I had problems with my new Chevrolet Cruze. I called Brian and talked to him about the issues. He said come at my convenience and would be waiting f I had problems with my new Chevrolet Cruze. I called Brian and talked to him about the issues. He said come at my convenience and would be waiting for me. When I drove in, he was there smiling . He showed me to the show room and offered me coffee. He checked back with me to update me on how long they will be. Very shortly, I was ready to go. He is so personal, caring and understanding. Thank you Brian for being there when I arrived. You reminded me of Delta, Ready when you are. More
