More recently, having been contacted by Brian via email regarding the "flagging" of my 2012 Equinox for a possible trade-in, I decided to pursue what appeared to be an interesting offer. That was followed up with an email from Anthony Vattuone prompting my contacting him by phone to resolve a few questions; he graciously followed up with a worksheet indicating the potential savings involved with my trade-in. Eventually, I decided to make an appointment with Anthony on Monday, May 29th--Memorial Day. Not only was he calm, respectfully attentive & articulate with his responses to my questions & concerns, he was also very knowledgable & maintained a good sense of humor! As a family with 4 kids, it was time to upgrade to a Suburban. We said goodbye to our beloved Traverse, and happily jumped into our new family vehicle. The SUV is absolutely beautiful, and is in pristine condition. They gave us a great trade-in value for our old car which helped us come to a manageable monthly payment. The best part was the service. Salesman Peter Eaton was just wonderful! We had our 7 month son with us, and he made sure to move us along in the process so we could get wrapped up quickly and home to our other 3 kids. He's SUPER knowledgeable about all the vehicles, and made sure we drove out of there 110% satisfied. Thanks Criswell and Peter! More
