However after the purchase, the vehicle was to be cleaned detailed and delivered to our home. Once the vehicle arrived we were highly dissatisfied with the vehicle. At first glance it looked OK. Closer inspection water spots from car washing. Upon looking inside in front it was so so acceptable. Looking in the rear seat there very visible some type of stains, as if someone had been drinking something. Looking in the rear hatch area wasn't acceptable. The Service Manager Ken was there and saw what I saw. He admitted this so call clean and detail of this vehicle was below satisfactory for this company. I used his phone to speak to Rick. I expressed my dissatisfaction. He said they would take it back and return it the next day. They brought it back the next day. It looked acceptable. I still saw something but I didn't mention it. One thing my wife expected was some type of air freshener to be in the vehicle. However we accepted the vehicle. The next day my wife pulled down the center armrest & cup holder and found trash in it. So you see my dissatisfaction with Elco cadillac. Who do the $buck stop with? After you have received the customer's $Bucks! I expected more from ELCO Cadillac.! More

Tim was respectful when we came in and contacted the sales person we usually work with even though he was off work. He continued helping us and was open and honest through the entire process. Explaining sales person we usually work with even though he was off work. He continued helping us and was open and honest through the entire process. Explaining the warranty, full disclosure on valuing our trade and even letting me borrow a car so I could get my sim to his game. We have purchased multiple cars at Elco and will continue to do so. More

Disappointed with their service department. I have a nail in my AWD Cadillac XT5 and called in the morning to find out about getting it fixed. Must replace all 4 tires because of AWD. When I called back to set up the appointment, no one could help me. I was assured someone would call back before 6--you guessed it--no one called. I know the tires are able to get in quickly but was told service is backed up. Very upset could not even get a call back when I called twice to set up an appointment. And on top of it was treated rudely by the women who answered the phone. Was thinking of getting another Cadillac there, but after this--no way. More
