I just had a oil change done this Saturday they did not
rotate my tires and they did not do a 15 point inspection can’t understand and it was still trying to charge me for how do I know they did not change

I, just spoke with the manager I, told him that the wheels wasn’t rotated but he had to watch the video for his self. He offered me a few Oil changes but I told him I don’t wanna go back there the next time I need one because I just don’t feel comfortable going there right now 😔😔 hopefully he give me some kind of gift card that I can use at a different dealership. As of right now in the process of filing a complaint with the Michigan Secretary of State motor vehicles Department. I keep Y’all posted as of what’s going on… Will
