Suburban doesn't care about you or the car you purchase. I purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma from Suburban Ford of Ferndale. I worked with Mark Burushko as my sales rep. When working with him he said the truck I purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma from Suburban Ford of Ferndale. I worked with Mark Burushko as my sales rep. When working with him he said the truck was great they had Toyota people in to look over the truck when they got it. On the surface everything seemed good about the truck so I purchased it. Within the first couple days of owning it, I had a heat shield fall off, no big deal, it happens. I contact their service department and they tell me to bring it in and they'll see what they can do. After waiting at the service department they told me there wasn't anything they can do for me. Then after owning it for a week, a power steering line blew and caused me to lose power steering over an hour away from my house. I had to stand in front of the dealership and talk on the phone with Brad Rummer for half an hour to get them to even agree to pay some part of the repairs. In the end they did pay for the entire repair, but I was out $250 for towing it there. Now after owning the vehicle for one month it has a transmission fluid leak. By this point I had such a sour taste in my mouth I just took it to a Toyota dealership to have it looked it. They saw the transmission leak but also discovered $5,000 worth of suspension work that needed to be completed and discovered a few codes relating to the suspension that had been cleared previously. I've only driven this vehicle a couple hundred miles at most at this point, this dealership doesn't care about the quality of cars they sell you and it's like pulling teeth to get them to acknowledge that they sold you a car they never did their due diligence on. More

Brian is complete customer focused! Brain is my "go to person" when I need service work for all my cars. He is very personable and approachable. I searched the inventory of his dealership. However, after an extended search I found to certified used cars from other dealers. We found a car in his price range and Mike, the used car manager, and Brian, the service manager, worked with us, providing top notch customer service. They actually took the customer service to the highest level by addressing our concerns and ensuring that our son’s vehicle was in the safest working condition. The car is very clean and it runs superbly. We feel comfortable with our son putting this vehicle on the highway. Furthermore, the vehicle was competitively priced. I would highly recommend shopping at Suburban Ford of Ferndale. More

Helped us when we had a major mechanical issue! Brian Legowsky did an excellent job helping us when we had a major mechanical issue with a 2017 ford edge, I had just purchased in our home town of Vi Brian Legowsky did an excellent job helping us when we had a major mechanical issue with a 2017 ford edge, I had just purchased in our home town of Virginia. We noticed a loud sound coming from the vehicle during our vacation in Michigan, we brought it in to Brian, who discovered a cracked flex plate. I'm so thankful he was able to work us in, and get our car fixed so we could ride back home to Virginia safely! He was the only person who was able to help us after calling around all Ford service centers in the area. Brian kept us informed of the progress and did an excellent job fixing the car! Fantastic care in the Suburban Ford service department It is always a pleasant experience to go to the service department at Suburban Ford. Our adjuster, Brian L, is always very efficient and personable a It is always a pleasant experience to go to the service department at Suburban Ford. Our adjuster, Brian L, is always very efficient and personable as is all of the staff in this service department and I have been privileged to meet and talk with every one of them. The waiting area in the service department is very comfortable, and one can watch TV while having coffee or tea. Joe Lane was very caring and helpful in regarding a fee charged last year.
