We took some time making the decision and Keith came in on his days off, helped us with our doubts, and made sure we were absolutely sure we got exactly what we wanted. He didn't hide any cost it breeze over anything. We knew exactly how much we we're going to pay the whole time. The financial folks at Gloucester Toyota also helped us get the best APR possible, and gave us great deals on our vehicles. They didn't need to discount the price of the cars the way they did, but even after we had settled on a price, they decided they could go lower, and did. Overall, we had nothing less than a pleasant experience in what could otherwise have been a very stressful situation. More

I've never had a better car buying experiece Within seconds of arriving at the dealership to look at cars, Keith approached us. He was courteous and helpful, and despite the fact that we were there primarily for my husband he made sure to introduce himself to me and address me as completely as he did my husband. We went looking for a truck for my husband and Keith listened to our desires and found exactly what he was looking for. Brian helped get us a great rate on the truck, and while he and my husband were working on paperwork Keith and I discussed the fact that purchasing a truck meant I might want to look at trading in my SUV for a commuter car. He worked with me for the next 3 days until we found the car I wanted in the color I wanted! Furthermore, Brian, Keith, and Jeff reworked the deal on my husbands truck to lower our APR rate, and get us overall just a much better/ amazing deal. We ended up paying about a hundred less a month for my husbands truck and got a great deal on a brand new Prius C for me. They also worked it out so we got extended warranty coverage for both vehicles. I honestly cannot recommend this dealership or Keith enough. My husband and I are both extremely happy with our purchases, and ended up with our dream cars. It was a warm and wonderful experience, especially considering how stressful car purchases can be. Love my new baby! I just want to throw a shout-out to my girl Kiana!!!! Although she told me she was new, she was excellent. If she didn't have the answer to a question I just want to throw a shout-out to my girl Kiana!!!! Although she told me she was new, she was excellent. If she didn't have the answer to a question, she found out for me and didn't try to give a "sales-y" runaround answer. To me that showed not only her personal maturity but that I wasn't dealing with someone who tried to take my money and run! I must say I felt like a customer who was in control of her own purchase and wasn't sucked into nonsense. Buying a car is intimidating enough, but Kiana let me make my own decision, told me what I needed to know, and didn't "fluff" things up to more than they were. I was treated kindly and was welcomed and thanked for my business. Cameron was also very nice and tried to help with my screen in the car (a corner doesn't work and I must admit I'm not too thrilled about that), but he was as helpful as he could be and was a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend this team of people, especially Kiana, if you are looking to purchase a Toyota! Seriously...go see Kiana. More
