Tucson Subaru is an excellent dealer in all aspects! My salesman, Robert Pedroza, was wonderful in helping me from Day 1. The Service Department was terrific yesterday when I came in for a new windshield: salesman, Robert Pedroza, was wonderful in helping me from Day 1. The Service Department was terrific yesterday when I came in for a new windshield: from the initial phone call with my insurance (thanks, Juan) to the greeting and loaner car, (Artie and colleagues at the drive-up), and all the paperwork and finalization (Dan), I felt the superior attention to detail. Subaru Forester 6,000 mile service at Tucson Subaru Brittney Ottaviano, Jay Rau and London Tobin, were there to greet me and take in my 2020 Subaru Forester for its 6,000 mile service. I forgot some per Brittney Ottaviano, Jay Rau and London Tobin, were there to greet me and take in my 2020 Subaru Forester for its 6,000 mile service. I forgot some personal paperwork in my glove box. They were kind enough to drive it back so i could get my things out of the glove box. The service went smoothly for a Saturday, and I was completed with my tire change, oil change and cabin filter change sooner than expected. My father really appreciated the fresh air filter as did I. I noticed that the vehicle preformed like the first day I bought it. Seamless, service, from start to finish I am so glad I chose Tucson Subaru and the kind staff endless effort to help their customers achieve results in Subaru service. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes with the service department and the well coordinated hardworking staff at Subaru. That is why I am so grateful to my sister Darla Muckley and Ken Murch as well as Louie the finance manager for convincing me to buy the new 2020 Subaru Forester. I have driven it to Phoenix and Back and was amazed at how well the all wheel drive handled the highway! Now I can look forward to weekend day trips elsewhere in Arizona now that I have my 6,000 mile Subaru Service. More

Brittney Ottaviano Service Representative Recently purchased a Subaru Forester from this dealership and purchased the maintenance plan, so at 3,000 miles I needed an oil change and coolant top Recently purchased a Subaru Forester from this dealership and purchased the maintenance plan, so at 3,000 miles I needed an oil change and coolant top off. Brittney Ottaviano, saw to my service appointment at Tucson Subaru, she was polite, courteous, and oversaw my appointment with care. She made sure the oil change was completed, my coolant topped off, properly and a ascetic material defect was corrected-which I brought to my salesman, Ken Murch. I am very pleased with Brittney's, attention to detail, and her follow through with all issues regarding my new vehicles care. My previous walk in unannounced appointment was with Jay Rau there was a material defect with the radiator cap Jay made sure that this issue was taken care of. I also originally brought it to the attention of Louie A. the Finance Manager who was swift to make things right also he introduced me to Mr. S.Gregg, who was anxious to help. Thanks to the shuttle driver for saving my afternoon with a short trip to a fast food place so I could feed my Dad who was along for the ride to the dealership. All and all I am satisfied with Tucson Subaru's service they really care its one more thing I like about living in Tucson! Darla Muckley went over the elaborate functions of my vehicle and gave me a $25.00 fuel card. More

Recall on 2016 Cross-Trek. I arrived early for my appointment, work was rescheduled smoothly. Other issues highlighted and future work appointment was scheduled.
