The biggest issue was the lack of timely communication. Would take multiple calls on my end or waiting til the next day. Pat was responsive but blown off by the others. And I was ready to buy. So I did elsewhere at a few hundred dollars higher price and without even looking at the vehicle because I knew what I wanted. More

Starting from the top, because that who is ultimately responsible for the people below them. After my initial visit (test drive/offers) I received an email from their Senior Sales Manager Brooksye Hall, ["Please contact me and let me know how I can be of service to you in your buying decision. I look forward to earning your business!"] Well, I did contact him on several occasions about this matter and never heard back. The same goes with Tommy Shelly (Internet Sales). I emailed him several times, since the salesman I was working with the day before (Keith Magley) was off. I did receive a phone call from him that I missed and when I called him back, and left a message, I have yet to receive a call back. Now to back pedal a bit to the initial test drive. I usually schedule this aspect by using this website to find a dealers best sales person. On this day, I was in the area and decided to drop in. Well, I got their somewhat "new guy", Keith. He said that he had been in car sales for 30 years, but only at this dealership for 9 months. Usually a good rule of thumb for new guy status stops at 6 months, but I'll keep Keith in this category, because he did not know much about the Explorer ST that I was looking at. This goes back to what I said earlier, and is a reflection of management since they are responsible for training the people below them. Once we got to the discussion of numbers they came back with everything except the APR%, which is a huge piece of the equation. Since the rebates were so high I could only assume that their in house rates would match to make up for this in the life of the loan. After some finagling to get this rate from them, James Crew (finance) came out to the sales floor and confirmed what I assumed that the Ford finance rates on the Explorer ST were 6.9%!. He was very friendly and did somewhat defuse the situation that had previously built up with Keith as I was trying to get this missing piece of the puzzle from him. After all my research and three dealerships visits I did end up purchasing from Brandon Ford, just based on price alone. The sales process went very smoothly and the paperwork drill went great with Kris Meyer. He was very informative and helpful through the entire process. Get this man a Smart Desk though would ya! So many stacks of paperwork everywhere! Once we were done here it was time for the vehicle walk around. Typical stuff, and there were some things that Keith showed me that he didn't when we did the test drive. He was very persistant about downloading the Ford app, but no mention of the Sirius/XM subscription process or hotspot features. One huge item that comes with all Explorer ST's that Keith knew nothing about, is the Ford ST SUV Driving Experience. An experimental perfomance race driving program. How is it that the customer has to tell you about this? Also, on monroney sticker it had a dealer installed crossbar ($395) on it. Which typically means that it had already been installed, but in this case it had not. Nor had it even been ordered. So the vehicle was not ready upon receiving, and now I have to go back once it comes in to have it installed. Other typical items that normally occur after the purchase of a vehicle that did not, was the tour. I did get pointed in the direction of service department, but no walk around/meet and greet, mention of parts and accessories or even a drive by from management thanking me for the purchase. Some would say that this could be due to the number of customers they had at the time. Even though the entire process took place between Wednesday and mid-day Friday during the "Safer at Home COVID-19" time period. Meaning, dealerships customer foot traffic had been way down. Overall, I was not entirely impressed with Brandon Ford. They did get my business because of their prices and as a customer isn't that what we are ultimate concerned with, getting a good deal? That does not mean that I would purchase from them again, or recommend them for that matter, because good customer service is what does that. More

Gave my 18 year old white glove treatment for first purchase I have purchased two cars from Brandon Ford and had amazing service all the way around with them. So when my 18 year old needed a new car I called Bro I have purchased two cars from Brandon Ford and had amazing service all the way around with them. So when my 18 year old needed a new car I called Brooksye Hall and told him how important it was for me for my son to have an amazing experience for his first car purchase. Brroksye introduced Ben to Ilaisa Taloa who treated my son like he was the most important customer he was working with. Not only did he educate him on the differences in vehicles when getting financing and insurance, but then showed him vehicles that he thought my son would like. In the end my son was able to purchase a Certified Pre Owned 2016 Ford Escape, and got him financed at a great rate. My son felt like he mattered as a customer, and as a parent, I am grateful to Brooksye and Ilasia for making him feel like his business was as important to them as mine might be. Once again, Brooksye and Ilasia proved why Brandon Ford will be the first place we look for new and used vehicles. I also need to mention Scott Brinkman who has handled the service on my 2013 F150 XLT. I can't say enough about him. He always goes above and beyond, and the fact that he has a background as a mechanic helped because he always had an idea of what was wrong before the truck ever made it back to the service department. He was usually right, but always kept me up to date with constant communication during the repairs. All in all, Brandon Ford does it right. I really can't say enough about the team there. First class, and they actually care about their customers. More

The gold standard for how a dealership should do business I have purchased many new cars in the past, and have a lot of experience with how dealers operate. Brandon Ford is the absolute best dealership I hav I have purchased many new cars in the past, and have a lot of experience with how dealers operate. Brandon Ford is the absolute best dealership I have ever dealt with. They absolutely put the customer above all things. Dealerships all say this, but I have only truly experienced this at Brandon Ford. The sales people there are freindly and it is obvious that they love working there. I talked and worked with Brooksye, the sales manager, and had the pleasure of having Dave as my salesman. I connected instantly with both and was promised a no hassle deal on my trade in and purchase of a new Ford Expedition. I feel this promise comes from all dealers but until now I have never seen one fulfilled. Brooksey gave me a deal that showed me he is honest and was serious about earning my business, which he did. Dave is absolutely the best salesman I have ever worked with. He is so good I don't even like calling him a salesman. He is honest, caring, and seemed to have unlimited patience throughout my deal. He spent nearly four hours with us on one of their busiest weekends of the year, all to make sure that our experience at Brandon Ford went well. He explained and demonstrated every feature the Expedition has, and believe me there are a great many. He made it the most awesome car buying experience we have ever had. The most stressful part of buying is always the paperwork but they have you covered there. Between the finance man Steve and the fenced in playground they have for kids this was a breeze. Steve is knowledgeable, very personable, and straight forward with no pressure. I absolutely give my personal recommendation to everyone in need of a vehicle, to purchase from Brandon Ford. If you are serious about buying you will leave as I did feeling confident in your purchase and extremely satisfied. More

Best car shopping experience ever! Dave Scott made our car purchasing experience outstanding. He helped us throughout the process of the paperwork, explaining what was going to happen next, introduced us to the various people , and finally explained all of the aspects of the car to us in detail. Dave followed up with us several times after the purchase to make sure we were 100% pleased with our vehicle. Brandon Ford is the best car/truck dealership we have ever experienced in our 40+ years of car shopping! Every salesperson was friendly. The finance person helped us find the best financing. They gave us a fair offer for our trade-in and a reasonable price for the car we purchased. The car was in pristine condition when we arrived, yet they still detailed it, did an oil change, and a full tank of gas before we were sent on our way. We drove over 65 miles to this dealership. It was well worth the trip!!! More

Horrible I am not sure this Ford Dealer sells vehicles. I called on a Sunday inquiring about a new 2018 F150 Lariat. I had already picked the truck, had a cl I am not sure this Ford Dealer sells vehicles. I called on a Sunday inquiring about a new 2018 F150 Lariat. I had already picked the truck, had a clean trade and this was a cash deal. I got an email that someone named Tee would call me Monday morning. Never called. Emailed and said he would be calling in an hour, never called. Once more time, no call. I gave up and went to another dealer. They did not have what I wanted, so I decided to try one more time. I called and spoke to Jason and he was fine at first. I sent my vin and pics of my truck to him and he gave me a number for my trade. He said he would call back with a firm price on the truck. Never did. Finally, I called the sales manager, Jason called back, said he was still working on it, and that was the last I heard from him. He will not reply to texts. I called the owner as if I owned this dealership I would want to know a salesman is completely blowing off a customer with cash in hand, a clean trade and ready to buy. He was not in, but I left a message for his assistant to call me. Going to report them to Ford. Never seen a dealer that did not want to sell cars or trucks, bizarre at best and very unprofessional at worst. UPDATE- After I wrote this review, I called to give them one more chance. The manager told me they had tried to call me (lie, I checked my phone) then said he had called my business phone (which they do not have and I checked, lie #2). Said someone would call me in the morning. Well, they read this review and the manager called me back THREATENING ME! Said I had left a bad review, started yelling at me, told me he was going to cancel the deal and when I tried to talk, he started yelling "You listen to me....." I hung up before he could finish. These people are crazy!! I will be making a report to Ford and the BBB. I have been a loyal Ford owner for 30 years and have NEVER been treated like this.MORE UPDATE-The dealers response is a flat LIE. When I last spoke to Brooksye, he said Tee would be calling me this morning. After they saw my review, Brooksye called me and started threatening me. I hung up on him while he was yelling at my. I guess this is what means treating me with respect and courtesy. I NEVER tried to leverage anything with my review. Lies, lies, lies. More

He shows us every option available! Sales Manager Brooksye, always takes care of us- he gives us a very fair trade in and does everything he can to get us the price we want to be at! Channing in Finance made the whole paperwork process go quickly while being super friendly in the process! The inventory selection is amazing! If you can't find a vehicle with everything you want on it here, you won't find it anywhere! More
