Very Disappointed My husband and I drove over an hour to come to Brandon Ford excited for the large inventory they offer. To our disappointment, we were passed around from sales person to sales person, treated like we didn't matter because, as we were told SEVERAL times while we were there that they sold 900 cars last month. I guess that means that our business wasn't important....at least that is is how they made us feel. When we found a car and went in to try to make a deal, even though we weren't happy we the service, the sales rep made a huge mistake and told us we were making a deal on one car (the one we wanted) when the deal was really for another car that we didn't! Never once did he even apologize! Instead he said, "Thats what happens when you look at so many cars." He BLAMED US! I talked to the sales manager and he basically blamed us for looking at too many cars as well. No apologies at all! I guess they feel they are too big to fail so they don't need to show customer service. Oh well! We went to Veteran's Ford and got a great deal on a much better car. We paid the same price they were asking at Brandon Ford and were lucky enough to purchase a car with many more bells and whistles for the price at Veteran's Ford. I will never return to Brandon Ford again. Even if you are a big business, you still should show you care about each customer. By the way, I tried to reach out to higher management, but my email was never returned. More

Service at the last minute I'm on my way to work, didn't have the time to stop at the service depart. I called to get advice- my tire pressure light came on( it's the 3rd time ) I'm on my way to work, didn't have the time to stop at the service depart. I called to get advice- my tire pressure light came on( it's the 3rd time ). They told me to bring it in when I can. Stopped in last night after work, they are open until 9 pm ! I asked if they could take a look at the tires & clear the code, change the oil & rotate the tires. It was done in about an hour! These people are so nice - the lot porter Tyler he is so nice & helpful! Brandon Ford - thank you all so much! This dealership has it down how to treat people- this is my 4th vehicle from Brandon Ford, my husband & I refuse to buy anywhere else, because we know not only we get a good deal purchasing - but the Service dept. Is the very best! Thanks Brandon Ford The Bryant's ! More

Salesman gave misleading information. "Unethical" I purchased a very nice 2012 FX4 on September 2, 2015. The vehicle had a 4" lift when I asked the salesperson about the lift he said, "They (Brandon I purchased a very nice 2012 FX4 on September 2, 2015. The vehicle had a 4" lift when I asked the salesperson about the lift he said, "They (Brandon Ford) had installed the lift, and aftermarket wheels and tires". I purchased the vehicle with the understanding that Brandon Ford had performed the work. The salesperson instructed me to ask for a copy of the service invoice when I brought the truck in to have some minor issues resolved. That is when a service manager told me that Brandon Ford did NOT do the work to the vehicle; they took the vehicle in trade like that. When you spend 36K for a used truck, I would encourage the sales staff to know what they are selling and not to give misleading information to the customer. The frustrating part is that they acknowledged the error and do not have any plans to resolve it. Do not make the same mistake I did by trusting your salesperson; make him/her show you in writing. After contacting a manager and conveying my concern about the Ford Extended Warranty that I purchased, unfortunately he was of no help. Verbally telling me "If something happens they will take care of it." At this point, I have zero confidence with this dealership. A very good friend sent me to Brandon Ford. Not what I had hoped for when driving over 53 miles to Brandon Ford. I have owned Ford Trucks for over 35 years and have dealt with many dealerships/salesmen; this experience is by far the most unethical dealership I have dealt with. More
