Family Toyota of Burleson did us right again! We traded in two vehicles, and got into a new Tacoma and RAV4. Bruce Magallan in sales, and Leith in finance took great care of us, and were able to get payme in two vehicles, and got into a new Tacoma and RAV4. This was hands down the GREATEST car buying experience I've ever had in my entire LIFE! I've purchased several vehicles in the past and this by far has been the easiest, most comfortable and FASTEST trans I've ever had in my entire LIFE! I've purchased several vehicles in the past and this by far has been the easiest, most comfortable and FASTEST transaction I've ever had. Nothing pains me more than wasting my time going back and forth with salesmen and their financial team and I had absolutely no issues here. As of I don't have other things to do but hang around the dealership all day long waiting for approval, negotiations what have you. I got EXACTLY what I wanted without pushback or haggling and they respected my decisions the 1st time around. My salesman, Bruce Magallan deserves an award for going above and beyond all of my high expectations. I don't go to dealships to get the run around or play numbers games, he gave it to me straight and set expectations at every step of the way. He had a great relationship with the team and they were able to get me my dream car in record time! Seriously, I think they broke a record of how quick and easy my experience way! I'm so glad they respected my time as a consumer and did not ask for anything they didn't need. EVERYTHING was detailed and customer satisfaction driven! They even took the time to transfer my things to my new car, program my Bluetooth and teach me all the awesome perks of my beautiful new car! Who does that? Bruce does! They treat everyone like family, it's no wonder they named the dealership that. Hands down the best car dealership ever!!! I drove 8 hours to get there and it was worth it, I would have wasted that time at a local dealership just waiting on paperwork. Kudos to everyone who works there I give them 5 stars because that's the max this thing let's me give! More

4 years ago I bought my tundra from here good experience at first. Service department was horrible after that. This time Bruce called seeing I was looking for 4Runner. Told him on the phone I wanted a TRD o at first. Service department was horrible after that. This time Bruce called seeing I was looking for 4Runner. Told him on the phone I wanted a TRD off road premium in nautical blue. He said he could get one and he had one to test drive before they had ours delivered. When we got there he had an SR5 waiting, we drove it but I realized the ole Bait and switch coming on. So we called him out and he finally brought around a trd off road to drive. The price of the car was fine and the amount they gave for trade in was fine also. The 2 biggest problems we had was the Road Vantage warranty they forced us to buy for $1100 that was only good for 3 years and everything on it was covered by my insurance policy. We asked that it be removed and they said it can’t be which we knew was complete BS. 2nd thing was the off road vehicle came with highway tires and non trd wheels. We asked about getting black trd wheels and all terrain tires put on and again no effort to satisfy the customer at all. Their answer was you’ll find better deals on aftermarket websites we can’t change anything out. So thanks now after I by wheels and tires I have a set of tires I have to try and get rid of. Only reason we bought from them is because there were only 7 of the car we wanted in Texas. This dealership is very impersonal now. You are just another number to them. Go to another dealership where they make you feel like an actual customer and will work with getting you the car you want the way you want it. And now like all the negative reviews you’re about to see the response from the general manager saying all the customers are special to them. No, just our money. More

When we decided to purchase a new Camry, we reached out to him again. Bruce was professional and efficient throughout the process and was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the functionality and features of the safety and multimedia systems before we drove our new Camry off the lot.
