Service members are always cheerful and helpful at Maita Car is always completed in a timely manner and price is right. Software recall on 2017 toyota corolla Made appointment, no lines. Person came up to promptly and sent me over to advisor. Advisor told me it would take 6 hours and it pretty much did. The only reason not 5 stars instead of 4, was that the car was not washed. I guess at Maita Toyota you need to request a car wash, instead of expecting it. Every Toyota that comes out of a dealership, should look as sharp as can be, whether it is services or sales. It would make people say that is one sharp car and want to buy. Also, just the little things creates loyalty from the customer. More

Fast Service Maita was fast and efficient this time, since I came in the afternoon. I have previously been several times in the morning and it was much busier and Maita was fast and efficient this time, since I came in the afternoon. I have previously been several times in the morning and it was much busier and slower. I like Maita's waiting room. There's a pirate ship structure for little ones to play in, plenty of soft chairs, and a good coffee/food bar. A pretty pleasant experience this time. The only reason I gave it a four star was that they tried to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need right now. But I guess most businesses do that kind of thing. More

Thorough and trusted service. All problems resolved. Took vehicle in for 5K svc, repair or replace Rt rear tire...Purchased 2 new tires. Also replaced two brake lights. Had issue with gas tank vent. I feel it is resolved. More
