My salesperson, Caleb was great, did a great job answering my questions and keeping me posted during the 10 month wait until I got my new car. However, my experience with the Finance Dept was anythi answering my questions and keeping me posted during the 10 month wait until I got my new car. However, my experience with the Finance Dept was anything but great. I was given misleading information about what my new car warranty covered and was talked into the extended vehicle coverage. I called Toyota directly, received clarification on what is actually covered and promptly canceled the expensive extended coverage. More

Fastest we have ever purchased a vehicle. Transmission went out on our current vehicle, and we made the decision to purchase a replacement around 18:00 on Monday 7/10/23. Made an appointment to speak with a sales rep at 19:30 & drove off the lot in a 2019 certified pre-owned RAV4 at 21:58. Only issue was the limited inventory, but not much can be done about that. Both Tyler (Sales) and Caio (Finance) stayed a bit after closing to complete the process. Overall, we were very pleased with the transaction. Quite likely we will be back when we need to replace another vehicle. More
