I had an appointment and the technician thought I was there for oil change, no clue about my last oil change since they did not look at all records and finally found it when the manager showed up. After came back my glove comportment door won''t shut...and I want that to be fixed and worry about coming there since not sure would happen next An unsatisfied customer. More

The people at Burnsville Toyota have always been very friendly, kind, informative, and helpful. I have purchased 6 cars at this dealership and serviced all of my cars there since 2007. In fact, I would friendly, kind, informative, and helpful. I have purchased 6 cars at this dealership and serviced all of my cars there since 2007. In fact, I would not go anywhere else. When my family experienced an accident and we had to purchase a new mini van, they helped us do that, including one in a timely fashion. This occurred not once, but twice. Many years later when driving to work was using up lots of gas per week, Jason, from the service department, suggested during a service visit that I look at a Hybrid for my next purchase. Jason made sure I was informed as to the benefits and reasons for switching to a Hybrid. I then spoke with Rick Kissner, from Sales, who had sold me a Sienna in the past, to show me the pluses about a Hybrid and helped guide my decision between a Highlander Hybrid and a Sienna Hybrid. A few test drives later and I had made a decision. Burnsville Toyota Sales and Service Departments work very well together to help customers make good decisions for their families and budgets.
