The dealership is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Caleb kept me informed about my Beetle during the service. Caleb is cool to work with as well. Offensive language by service writer overhead. Sales did not return several phone calls. Sales staff refused to return my potential trade in car keys until I told him I would use my other set and Sales did not return several phone calls.
