I have been coming here for 3 years, and have noticed a decline in the customer experience. First off, I came for a sensor to be replaced (under warranty) and ended up waiting because i was told it would b decline in the customer experience. First off, I came for a sensor to be replaced (under warranty) and ended up waiting because i was told it would be a couple hours at most, ended up four hours later. I was very upset with this wait. Then i was given a video of my car's repair work but i cant understand what the mechanic is saying! If we cater to helping Spanish interpret English in this country then may i have an interpreter to interpret Spanish into English because i cannot understand what is being said. This is crucial information about our vehicles! Plus we pay a lot to maintain them. I do miss the customer service of Maulan, he was a great asset to the dealership. Very kind and always catering to the customer's experience. Unfortunately, and i hate to say this, i am stuck going to this dealership because the others are so far away. Tyler was my customer service rep and I found him to be very pleasant and nice. As far as the long wait i had the last time i was there, i almost wondered if they were taking the paying customers over me because mine was under warranty. I will be finding out the next time i go there because i will be a "paying" customer needing an oil change, a new battery, and tires. More

I took my MK7 Golf R in for some service work and bought a new MK8 Golf R. The whole team, especially Cecili Ortiz and Chris Hudson were paramount in making this dream come true. I’ve had VW of Ocala work a new MK8 Golf R. The whole team, especially Cecili Ortiz and Chris Hudson were paramount in making this dream come true. I’ve had VW of Ocala work on my MK5 GTI, MK6 GTI, MK7 Golf R, and now they will keep the new MK8 Golf R in tip-top shape. Danny, Tyler, Cecili, and Chris are all great representatives of VW of Ocala. I've driven my VW across country several times. I've done over 100k hard miles in about 4 years. I love driving and everything to do with making cars go faster. I was attended like a special guest, and the technicians answered all my questions and concerns on top of the good service. I couldn't be happier. I spoke to the sales team too. They were super friendly and loved to talk about VW's. More

When I pulled into the service bay, I was greeted immediately. My car was there a long time. When it was supposed to be ready, I was told that another part was needed. I wanted the repair of whate immediately. My car was there a long time. When it was supposed to be ready, I was told that another part was needed. I wanted the repair of whatever required the extra part to be cancelled but was told it couldn't be since they'd started it. The new part took a very long time to come in. My phone calls to Tyler were not always returned which frustrated me. When I did talk to him he was pleasant. When I finally talked to the dept. manager, Danny, I felt that everything moved more smoothly. Danny returns calls! More
