Terrible, awful, I regret purchasing my vehicle from here. I was asked to “do a favor” and remove my Google review…no. So my cousin is the general manager of Frisco Tyler Letson. For the last 2 yrs I've been trying to order my Manual Hellcat. Because of them not knowing if Dodge was going to release a Manual option for Letson. For the last 2 yrs I've been trying to order my Manual Hellcat. Because of them not knowing if Dodge was going to release a Manual option for 2023 we waited to order it. Tyler went over a beyond on reassuring me that weather it was the Manual or an automatic Hellcat he would get one for me. Well thank God 😊 it was announced the Manual was available. So my order went in. And I went yesterday September 30th to sign for it and pay for it. Test drove it !! HE and his team congratulated me on my new 2023 JAILBREAK WIDEBODY CHALLENGER MANUAL TRANSMISSION HELLCAT. HE made my dream come true . And his team assisted in all this greatness 👍👍🤘🤘😊😊 And William Martin was spot on in helping me from day one . Giving me all the information I needed about my car when I couldn't be there.
