I went in for a second time to Frisco Chrysler Dogde Jeep Ram because the left side speakers of my new car weren’t working well! Amazingly the dealership changed my car to a new that worked perfectly! Again Ram because the left side speakers of my new car weren’t working well! Again the customer service and diligence from the staff, specially my salesperson Ivan, did not disappoint on the other hand exceed expectations! Caleb, Kelp and Aaron were also great and made everything possible! I am very thankful! This is definitely my dealer for life! More

Horrible customer service, i have called and sent request thru online chat requesting info on my warranty i purchased and almost two weeks later and 5 attempts to speak to someone still no luck. Not trustworthy If I could rate below one star, I would. It is very frustrating that they will not honor a "deal", even after they put it in writing and state "Guaran If I could rate below one star, I would.
