Mr Parnell is professional he is honest and knowledgeable he is on time and very personable. Mr. Nuco was excellent. I would like to suggest that you inform mr nuco about the GAP and cancellation form fo he is on time and very personable. Mr. Nuco was excellent. I would like to suggest that you inform mr nuco about the GAP and cancellation form for my old car. He sent me home to call and cancel myself and I went to Jerry's toyota and Mr Ray in Finance explained to me that Mr. Nuco should have completed that form for me. Mr Ray was nice enough to complete the cancellation form for me. More
