Rallye BMW is an excellent dealership who took care of my new BMW 540i xDrive. Carol Clark-Muniz did a great job as my service advisor. She took care of a problem and Rallye went above and beyond to fix th new BMW 540i xDrive. Carol Clark-Muniz did a great job as my service advisor. She took care of a problem and Rallye went above and beyond to fix the issue. Carol made sure everything was done perfectly. I have used Rallye BMW over many years for both sales and service, and always had terrific experiences with them. They are a top dealership. my car had a refill coolant light on the dealer mechanic said the wrong coolant was in the car. They refused to let me to speak to the technician working on my car. They wanted to charge me to flush the sys said the wrong coolant was in the car. They refused to let me to speak to the technician working on my car. They wanted to charge me to flush the system multiple times. I ended up removing my car from the dealer, taking it to another shop where it was the air valve $10 part $50 to install multiple thousands through this dealer I was very unhappy. More
