I bought my Kia Soul in 2016 so I have been coming here for service for 10 years. The Service Dept has been very helpful for the most part, although there were times when the wait was longer than stated. for service for 10 years. For some reason I thought a simple car wash came with the service... not unless you specify ! More

When I first contacted the service department it sounded like they were swamped, but Casey took the time and worked me in during a time that was convenient for as I would be in the area. I was expecting th like they were swamped, but Casey took the time and worked me in during a time that was convenient for as I would be in the area. I was expecting the service to only take 10-15 minutes as I knew that a part would need to be ordered, but while there the technician ended up completing a recall that I wasn't even aware of yet. Since it ended up taking longer than expected Casey got me a loaner so I could pick up my son. Overall, very accommodating, with friendly service. Thank you. More

A little frustrating to work with you. I requested the service appt on line. Once there I needed to repeat address and phone numbers that I had entered on line two days before. I was qu I requested the service appt on line. Once there I needed to repeat address and phone numbers that I had entered on line two days before. I was quoted different prices for the oil change and tire rotation than what you have on your web site. I was told the site was wrong but the service writer adjusted the price. I was told I had an immediate need for tire balancing and 4 wheel alignment, not because you checked and that it was NEEDED but because you had no record of it being done in the last year. I asked if there was a full safety inspection done on the 14 month old car and they said yes. I asked if they topped off the engine coolant that was 1.5 inches below the MIN level. Casey walked out to check it with me and yes it was still low. Now I’m not sure what else was missed on the safety inspection. Casey went back in to the shop to get two gallons of antifreeze and said “I think this is the right stuff” as he was pouring it in my car. That did not exude the confidence I was hoping to get from a dealership. As we closed the hood, I asked about the complementary car wash that is listed on your web site and I checked the radio button for. Casey says “Yeah we don’t do that, the web site is wrong” After a long moment of silence he offer to have it hand washed but that would take 20 to 30 minutes. I said I would pass. The car had thrown a CEL of P05A00 I said that looking it up on line it was, Active Grill Air Shutter "A" (AGS) system. Casey said that it’s not showing the code now so it must be okay. I asked since it was a shutter malfunction that threw the code for 1.5 days and then reset could it have been a bug that entered the grill and a day later dried to the point where it fell out. He replied something to the effect of that sounds plausible and to let them know if the CEL comes back on. Once again, the lack of precise answers leaves me with more questions than answers. After driving home and parking the car I notice a valve cap was missing so I can assume that the tire air pressure was checked. More
