She basically makes our lives easier when it comes to the automotive part of it anyhow. She always shows us the ins and outs of operatiing our new cars and always makes sure before we leave the lot that we are satisfied and most important comfortable with our new car. We have always recommended Cathy to anyone that we know are in the market for new cars.
