I had to fight for every penny on my trade, as the u/c manager got the info on the wrong model. Cecili did a decent job at straightening that out, and she has a very pleasant and bubbly personality. She manager got the info on the wrong model. Cecili did a decent job at straightening that out, and she has a very pleasant and bubbly personality. She also seemed quite new at this, and was a tad forgetful, but overall it went well. However, it took me 3 hours from start to finish before I could finally start enjoying my new Jetta. There are other places that would only take about half that time. More

Clean, offers water and coffee, staf is friendly and helpful. I didn’t give 5 stars due to car coming home with me dirty inside with pet hair, stains on leather, ect.
