My family has purchased and leased multiple vehicles over the years. My personal experience with Ken Grody Ford was frustrating to say the least. I purchased and Used F-150 and so far have been happy with th the years. My personal experience with Ken Grody Ford was frustrating to say the least. I purchased and Used F-150 and so far have been happy with the vehicle. Previous purchases have been great and the process was simple and smooth. Due to COVID they dont allow you to drive the vehicle, but instead ride along. I wasnt a fan but didnt fight it. I would have liked to drive it first cause i would have gotten a chance to feel the hard shifts this truck has. I negotiated to have a couple things done to the truck before coming back to pick it up and finalize the paperwork the next day. I had to call 8 times to finally get ahold of the salesman because he failed to call me back or even let me know what time the truck would be done with its final inspections for the Certified Pre-owned process. Finally spoke with him for him to tell me to come on down but the truck wont be ready and i can get it on saturday. I was pissed and suddenly they were able to get the truck ready in time. I picked it up but there was no temp registration and they were never able to provide it till i drove back down multiple times. I called the sales man and have never heard back and had to deal with his manager that then tried to imply that i was being difficult because i demanded to have the things done that the salesman promised. Honestly there is so much more to all of this and there is too much to type. I wont be going back to service my truck there and nor will my family and i definitely don't recommend them anymore. More

They tried to use the classic bait and switch, advertising a 0% rate for people with excellent credit like me, and, then, without a word, writing in 6.9% into the offer. They also used the old car dealer trick of not returning car keys after appraising a trade-in. Oh, and they employed the oft-used, "We just sold the car you wanted, but I decided to let you buy this car for the same deal." They are absolutely untrustworthy. More

Quick and Easy I purchased a 2019 F-150 Raptor, most Ford dealers only have a couple Raptors but Ken Grody had over 80 Raptors so I took my wife to see all the avail I purchased a 2019 F-150 Raptor, most Ford dealers only have a couple Raptors but Ken Grody had over 80 Raptors so I took my wife to see all the available colors. I told both salesman that we aren't fans of spending 5 or 6 hours or more to buy a vehicle. It only took about 2 hours from start to leaving the dealer in our new Raptor. Armando Cervantes Jr. was very knowledgeable on the F-150 Raptor and was able to answer all of our questions about all of the technology the Raptor is loaded with. The finance department also worked with my credit union to make the loan happen at a great interest rate. Most Ford dealers act like the Ford Raptor is a museum piece and you are lucky to have them sell you one, that wasn't the case at Ken Grody I got the feeling that they wanted to earn my business and sell me a vehicle. If your looking for a F-150 Raptor Ken Grody is your dealer. More
