Again, had a pleasant experience. Charles is very good to work with. Was a little disappointed that the air conditioning problem couldn’t be looked at-was only there for an oil chan Charles is very good to work with. I come back because I always have a good experience with the service department. They pick up my car and drop it off when done, makes it quite easy on my hectic daytime schedule. They were short handed and it would have been nice to receive a phone call that our vehicle service would be delayed. We made plans around our 10am appt but the vehicle was not done until 1pm.
