I had never even seen this dealership before I purchased a car there, but after visiting them I soon found out why they won the dealership of the year award. I primarily dealt with Marc Brennan the salesma a car there, but after visiting them I soon found out why they won the dealership of the year award. I primarily dealt with Marc Brennan the salesman I bought the car from. He went out of his way to make me happy even going as far as buying touch up paint for me out of his own pocket, when I was disappointed to find it was not included with the car. In general in was the quickest and easiest car purchase I ever made and they deleivered on all promises made without my having to ask twice. It is an extremely friendly dealership, and not one person walked by me, my wife or my son without saying hello. The other salesmen all greeted us knowing full well I was already dealing with another salesman. When we picked up the car that I bought for my son, a number of other salesmen came over to give us tips about the car and some advice to my son on how to drive it. These included Ron Anderson and Ken Gann. Also I need to especially mention Charley Schaub who owned a year earlier version of the car we purshased. He spent a lot of time with us giving additonal information and telling us about some of the things he did with his car, that we might want to consider. Overall I would have to say that this experience is not what I am use to when visiting a car dealer. Even though the new thinking at some dealers is not to apply pressure, none of the ones I visited showed the friendliness of Marc, Charley and the others at Tom's Ford. Based on this, I expect to find similar treatment when I start using the service department. More

I was recommened by my brother and i was very pleased with my experience. They were very helpful and accomodating helping me do a majority of my car shopping via the internet/email and telelphone. Very straight forward not pushy sales told me exactly what my payments will be not giving me an amount and later on realize they didint include other fees. I was very happy with their service and will definitely do business again with them. More

I was looking to lease a new Ford Focus so I submitted an internet inquiry. Within 10 minutes Charley called me and asked me to stop by the next day. He told me to ask for Marc. I met with Marc early the nex internet inquiry. Within 10 minutes Charley called me and asked me to stop by the next day. He told me to ask for Marc. I met with Marc early the next morning and was overwhelmed by his friendliness. I told him my credit score and how much I had for a down payment and asked, "what can you do for me?" Not only did I leave that day with a car, Marc helped me to get my monthly payment to where I needed it to be while cutting my down payment IN HALF. He also helped me through the insurance process so I could drive my car home that day. After the sale, Keith made the paperwork a breeze. On top of all that, Charley was waiting outside by my new car to congratulate me on my purchase. I couldn't be happier with the car and the whole team over at Tom's Ford. Thanks guys, I will see you in 36 months for my next car! More

Tom's Ford dealership is by far the most professional I have ever dealt with. They were very thorough in promptly getting answers to any questions I had. If my salesman wasn't immediately available, some have ever dealt with. They were very thorough in promptly getting answers to any questions I had. If my salesman wasn't immediately available, somebody else helped me. They were honest and upfront about everything. I was not pressured into making any decisions, which is completely different from any other experience I have had with a dealership. They went the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied each step of the way. I will be going back for my next car. More

My experience at Tom's Ford was so pleasant and enjoyable. Mark and Charles were my rock that made sure that I got the car that Iwanted and with all the goodies that come with it. Considering I had been to numerous dealerships over the last few months trying to decide what car I wanted next and when I finally settled on the 2012 Ford Mustang at first I went to Dana Ford since I live last few months trying to decide what car I wanted next and when I finally settled on the 2012 Ford Mustang at first I went to Dana Ford since I live in Staten Island. What a mistake that was, they're sales reps that I dealt with were very cold and snide, they tried to tell me that they did a search and that there were no Base V6 models in black or kona blue in the entire Northeast and that I would have to special order it and it would take 6-8 weeks to get it in. They then proceeded to push me towards a higher end mustang that cost more and was a color I didnt even like, not to mention they gave me an inaccurate price quote and then before I left they brought over the manager to try and tell me I should make a decision quick because someone else just took it out for a test drive right after me which was B.S. So after a horrible experience there I search the nearest Ford Dealers and came across Tom's Ford Lincoln. What a complete 180 turn from the experience i had at Dana Ford. Charlie Schaub and Vinny Pace provided an experience that every car buyer hopes for when shopping for a car. They were the utmost professionals, extremely friendly, and absolutely unwavering in their effort to get me the car I wanted and needed in several days. They originally were suppose to be getting the model and color I wanted but it wasnt going to arrive at the dealership in time for when I was leaving for vacation. So after I came in and we sat down and discuss what I was looking to spend and the what the figures would be, Vinny and myself quickly came to an amicable agreement within several minutes. As a result, I left a deposit and they were able to locate several other Ford dealers that had the car I wanted on their lots and they were going to be able to do dealer swap with a dealership in Philadelphia, but then we hit a bump in the road. Charlie had drove down to Philly to pick up the car and it turns out that that dealership had backed out of the agreement to swap and sold the car right out from under them so it was not looking good for me to be able to get the car in time. But due to Vinny and Charlie's relentess effort they were able to locate another Mustang in South Jersey for me and made it possible for me to still be able to take delivery the day before I was leaving for vacation. The final paperwork process went very smoothly and Vinny then proceeded to take time out to go out to the car with me and sit and explain how every thing worked in the car, about different features and about having Ford's 24hr roadside assistance for any problems I may run into. Overall it was absolutely pleasureable experience and would highly recommend anyone living in the Tri-State area looking for a Ford or Lincoln, that they go to Tom's in Keyport, NJ and surely ask for Charlie and Vinny if they are looking for the smoothest and most enjoyable car buying experience instead of the headaches that usually come with buying a new car. More

I initially went to the Ford dealership in Staten Island where I live to purchase my 2011 Ford Explorer. I had very bad experience in the Staten Island Ford dealership. The office was run down, the sales men were inexperienced and they tried to force me into buying a car that I did not want at a higher price. My experience at Tom's Ford was much different. From the moment I walked through the doors I knew I was in good hands. The office was very professional looking and I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. My salesman Vinny Pace made my car buying experience very easy. He was honest, friendly, experienced and a down to earth guy. He got me the exact truck I wanted at the best price possible. The whole sales process from meeting Vinny to driving the truck home only took a few hours, because Tom's Ford took care of everything for me. I highly recommend anyone who wants to buy a Ford to go to Tom's Ford, even if you have to drive a few extra miles to get there. More
