Charlie was patient kind and had great follow up. We fell in love with Jered and the orange team on previous vehicles. We had Tom closing the deal and wa also very nice.
One item to note the gal at the front door is very agry looking and did not treat me very well. All others were terrific.

Went in to look at an used F150, but received such a great deal on my trade in and price reduction on a new F150 that we drove away within 3 hours in our new "Chrome Raptor" (not really a Raptor, but...) Charlie (internet sales) and Robert (business manager) bent over backwards to seal the deal and we are very pleased. We've bought a lot of vehicles at many dealers--we highly recommend Landmark.

Charlie was very patient with e and extremely professional. We worked together 6 months before I purchased my vehicle. I never felt pressured and always felt welcomed by him at the dealership. I have bought a number of new cars over the years and just completed the most pleasant and satisfying car transaction ever at Landmark Ford. I did a lot of research on pricing, packages and vehicles before contacting dealerships, via the internet, so I was well prepared and had several dealers competing for my business. During this process, I met Charlie Wilson, and from past experience I can tell you he is fantastic to work with and really understands how easy and enjoyable buying a car should be. I’m not sure what he had to go through behind the scenes to put my deal together, but he made my decision very easy to give my business to Landmark Ford. With this dealership there was no hassle or pressure. I went in with a figure in my mind and no questions asked the dealership was able to accomodate me. My family and I were in and out quickly and were treated very respectfully. The dealership made it a far easier and less stressful than any dealership I have ever been to. i hope to do business in the future and would recommend this dealership to anyone.
