Thank you for taking the time to review my information and learn a little about me. The way they treated me as a customer impressed me so much that when I found myself looking at a career change they were an easy choice to decide on. Almost 9 years later I am still here and loving what I do every day. I am able to help people find a vehicle that meets there needs whether they be financial, familial or work related. Landmark Ford Lincoln gives me the power to help facilitate my customers in finding what works best for them rather then what works best for the dealer. With transparency and an honest and forthright sales process both I and my customers feel good after working together. With this dealership there was no hassle or pressure. I went in with a figure in my mind and no questions asked the dealership was able to accomodate me. My family and I were in and out quickly and were tr went in with a figure in my mind and no questions asked the dealership was able to accomodate me. I was very pleased with the efforts of Charle Wilson. I thought he did a great job in getting me the best price he could on the vechile I purchased. His ffiendy demeanor made it a very pleasant buying expe thought he did a great job in getting me the best price he could on the vechile I purchased. His ffiendy demeanor made it a very pleasant buying experience. In a non related item to the buying experience, I was a little disappointed in the detailing of the vechile. I realize it was at the end of the business day, but upon seeing the vechile in the daylight the following day the detail portion could have been better. I do noy hold that against the dealership, it is more of an FYI than anything else. More

We were previous customers of a couple Ford dealers and chose to come back to Landmark for very good reasons. Once again we were "not" disappointed! I have been buying cars via the internet for 6 yrs now. This was the best experience yet. New car pricing was very fair, trade in price was OK, In and out of the dealership in about 2 hours. Forty minutes of that was them prepping the car for delivery to me (clean up, full tank of gas). I will definitely buy a Ford product from them again! More

i shopped for weeks (really, almost 2 months) and was so undecided about what i wanted to do at the end of my honda lease. Charlie was endlessly patient with me, showing me car after car, searching for (almost) a million different options. finally, it all came together and i ended up with everything i never knew i wanted ('10 mercury milan), spent exactly what i wanted to spend, and had a wonderful experience all the way through the deal. the whole team was fast, efficient, and helpful, no pressure or rushing me on decision making. handling paperwork was easy and surprisingly quick. i'm looking forward to a continued relationship with the dealership as i service this car and for future purchases. i'll recommend them to everyone i know who's in the market for a new car!! More

I purchased a new vehicle through the internet/online department. For all practical purposes, I was a first time buyer, and I made it way more complicated than I needed to.
