Stay away. Bought a Porsche and an agreed upon warranty was part of our deal prior to signing. After signing papers and puting 17,000 cash down, we were informed that the Porsche doesn't apply for the warr was part of our deal prior to signing. Prior to leaving, we were assured we would be taken care of but instead they screwed us. Found plenty of problems after bringing the car home and had to pay for all the repairs ourselves when we should have been able to bring the vehicle back to be serviced. Beyond misleading. Spend your money elsewhere. Side note: They give you a gas card if you leave a positive review on this site. No wonder their rating is high. Place is a joke. More

The dealership showroom pictures and you’re advisement I was completely secure with sending my money and waiting for my SUV Texas to Washington State was a long haul but your Auto Carrier Thomas from Holy Ship delivered it unscathed. Disappointed after 12+ hour ordeal, the lost day! Overall, disappointed in the transaction and dealership. I purchased a 2013 Tesla from them and the day ended up being a 12+ hour ordeal. Some highl Overall, disappointed in the transaction and dealership. I purchased a 2013 Tesla from them and the day ended up being a 12+ hour ordeal. Some highlights: (1) I drove 3 hours (from Austin) to make their opening time of 10am on Saturday only to find out no one showed up with a key until approximately 10:35am and I needed to wait outside parked on the street, despite communicating with the salesperson (DJ) multiple times I was making the drive to be there at opening time; (2) I asked my salesperson (asked on Thursday AND Friday for a Saturday appointment) specifically to charge up the Tesla as I would be driving back to Austin only to find out that was never done and if I wanted to use their on-site charger it would 'only' take 4 hours to charge; (3) The tires on the driver's side, both front and back, were almost completely deflated and an employee inflated them while I was there. Relatedly I believe, on my return home ... I had a tire blow-out on Rt 71 in La Grange which turned out to be a 4 hour ordeal without a spare tire in the Tesla; (4) Total process time from my arrival (and waiting 35 minutes for someone with a key) to departure was almost 5 hours. It is to be noted that I was there for a vehicle I had already picked out and a price & trade-in amount already determined / negotiated / agreed to ... I know the car dealership world can sometimes be less than efficient but it was VERY frustrating to say the least; (5) I didn't find out until signing the paperwork that the vehicle only had 1 key fob. It is my opinion and experience that the standard is 2 and I would have expected a heads up on this prior to signing paperwork and was a bit disappointed no doubt; (6) The salesperson communicated that the vehicle would come with a charger and a j1772 adapter and I didn't notice while at the dealership that the home charger (the standard Tesla bag, home charger, 240v / 120v connectors) was not in the vehicle. As can be expected, the salesperson is now saying that it never was and he can't do anything about it. I brought these issues to the attention of management (Cheryl). I was offered $150, but only if I signed an agreement that if I submitted a review like this very one (you know, the truth) that they could sue me for $1,000 per day while it was up. While $150 would be nice and would provide me about 30% of the cost for the tire repair, the replacement of the standard home charger and the 2nd key fob that is missing ... I would prefer to pay it forward and hopefully prevent someone else from having such a poor experience. My recommendation would be to go elsewhere. More
