Genius Help Chris was informative, friendly and very patient - no question from me was too stupid!!! We had a very good initial tutorial upon delivery, but we had many more questions after driving the car for a while. This is a great service, and Chris was great! More

He was terrific in submitting my brochure for the free headphones and also provided a wonderful car wash. My visits always exceed my expectations. More

30 Years of Excellence Consistent excellent service that begins with the greeters who quickly get me in to see my advisor, Linda Schaefer. In addition to the warranty service, I had a couple of paint imperfections that needed attention.The detail shop took care of it and returned it in an impeccable state... better than new! Chris Buie, checked to see if I had any further questions about the vehicle functions and Renard checked to ensure that i was happy with work... in a word,awesome! When I doubled back to confirm a navigation upgrade, Linda was with a customer and Mike Crader stepped in to discuss my concerns and together they answered my concerns. More

We live several hours away in OK, but returned to St. Louis to buy our next BMW because of the people at Autohaus. When it was time to shop for our next car, our first choice was to contact Renard LaSane and just as before he worked tirelessly with us till he found exactly the car we wanted. Rick Riccio again made our purchasing experience easy and enjoyable. Alicia Botsch, was very nice and knowledgeable, made taking delivery a great experience. I've appreciated his friendly and enthusiastic attitude (I think he was more excited about seeing my new car than I was), good communication and willingness to go the extra mile for me (he was able to get the expiration date of a Drive for Team USA incentive extended when the delivery date of the car I ordered slipped). I came away with a comparably equipped new 340xi and a lower monthly lease payment! The supporting cast for this purchase (Rick, Chris) and everyone else I've interacted with in the service department over the last several years have been great as well. Highly recommended! More
