My Review of Autohaus BMW:
This dealership is fanastic and the staff is a true credit to management/ownership as well as to BMW. I am always greeted by all the Service Writers and Porters, etc with "Hello Mr. Leisure". Mike Crader is great and he is always cordial and eager to assist in any way possible. I contacted Mike on Tuesday and he was able to schedule my service for Thursday the same week. He suggested that I wait for my vehicle, which I did, and was in and out of the dealership within an hour. My car was returned to me as 'clean as a whistle', which is always a definite plus. I will continue to recommend Autohaus BMW to my family and friends.

great job atmoshpere and friendliness would come back often, i have always had great service and sales at this dealership. no complaints. great waiting area also, was able to get a lot of work done while i waited. and they delivered my vehicle in half the time expected

My Review of Autohaus BMW:
Appointment time for service was 8 a.m.; I was helped right away when I pulled in at 7:55 a.m. Chris explained the service needed on my vehicle, had a brand new 2012 loaner waiting to go. I was on the road in 15 minutes. Service was complete about 10 a.m. and I picked the vehicle up at 11 a.m. Everything was perfect.

My relationship with autohaus dates back to 1985 with Mike Crader and continues with my most recent outstanding purchase experience with Renard LaShane and my present service experience with Linda Schaefer. Linda is responsive and proactive and serves as my advocate who ensures that my vehicle is serviced and ready as promised. I must also mention Chris Buie, who sets the tone for my visit with a courteous and professional greeting. I am hooked on Autohaus of Clayton because the team is committed to helping me enjoy an "ultimate ownership experience."

I always have a great experience visiting Autohaus. Dan is exceptional at taking care of my needs and is flexible with my schedule. I usually get a loaner for the day and my car is returned to me after being washed! I own two BMWs and Autohaus is my dealership of choice!

Chris Clem is outstanding. He's knowledgable about the cars and is customer oriented.
I've bought two cars from Renard over the past 5 years and he's great to work with.
I've bought Bmw's from all area dealers over the last 15 years but Autohaus is my favorite thanks to people like Chris and Renard

My Review of Autohaus BMW:
Dan is absolutely exceptional! His professionalism and attention to delivering high-quality service is unrivaled. I will only see Dan when I bring my vehicle in for service. If he is not there, I reschedule. He has also provided my partner with superior service as well. There are not words to express my gratitude to him.

Autohaus has been consistently thorough in delivery of quality service. I have no complaints and I am usually one of the first to spread word when a dealership or business is subpar. My car is delivered clean, washed, and looking better than when I dropped it off. I have not had to have them redo any work performed (unlike other BMW dealers in the area). I would gladly pay more (and that is unusual for me to say) to purchase a car or have my car serviced by Autohaus.

My Review of Autohaus BMW:
Lease cost of vehicle was NOT competitive-much too high. Subsequent request for literature was ignored. Routine service took three visits to accomplish and the service personnel were argumentative.
My experience here has been totally unsatisfactory.
