From the moment I pulled in to the beautiful BMW facility I was impressed. Doors opened right on time and I was greeted by a nice young man who directed me where to park and opened the door for me!!Dan Wirick was right there to meet me and take care of my situation with my BMW 740il. He listened to everything I had to say about the issues I was having. That afternoon Dan called and explained in detail what my car needed, the benefit of why it needed the repairs and the cost involved. I agree to the repairs and he told me he would have the parts the next morning and would call me when the car was ready.
My car was ready as promised early afternoon and I went and picked it up!
What a wonderful experience at BMW Autohaus! Very impressed with Dan and all the staff including "Davie" the porter who left a note on my front seat letting me know he had washed and vacuumed my car and Kathy the cashier!

I never have to wait for help and everyone there is willing to take over if my man isn't there. Everything I need is taken care of immediately and is well done.When my service station is unable to correctly diagnois or repair my Beemer, Autohaus knows exaetly what the probem is and fixes it immediately,

This is the most consistently friendly, efficient and thorough service department I have ever encountered. A+ I truly enjoy visiting the dealership. Linda and Dan could not be better.

the response time and attendation was very good.
Linda did a great job explaing all the issues and was very flexible with the loaner X5

i picked up the X5 today - so i can't commment yet on the quality of the repair.
i have no reason to indicate it isn't 'very good', but it will take some driving time to show the 'proof' that all is OK.

overall, we have been very pleased with AutoHaus.

However, the labor rates are getting pretty high - and i can't make an assessment on the efficiency of the work - eg. are the total hours actually required for all the work that is done.
this is not a complaint - just a fact.

The individualized care and attention to my vehicle is important. The quality and care of the service people to my requests are excellent. They are equal to the high level of standard set for the performance of my vehicle. I highly recommend Autohaus to others who seek the same experience.

Linda took my phone call at or before the shop opened and told me to bring in my BMW. By the time I got to the dealer, I had learned that I needed a new battery. Linda had a dealer vehicle waiting for me to use and then called me later in the same day to say that my car was ready and that the electrical system tested ok. We discussed various maintenance items for future repair and subsequently replaced a broken window control switch while I waited.
Linda was very professional in the way she solved my problem and at the same time, she was friendly, efficient and made me feel appreciated as a customer.

Dan had my 328 serviced as promised and on time. I am very satisfied with Autohaus' service especially the use of a loaner while my car was being worked on. Also, my car was returned better than I expected; the wash and vacuum by Tyler was excellent.

I have been going to the Autohaus for over 15 years and can honestly say that I ALWAYS receive outstanding service whenever I'm there. Over the years I've brought in 4 different cars for a variety of reasons, but the employees at the Autohaus always know exactly what is needed without any surprises. Within the last few years, I've worked primarily with Mike Crader, who provides excellent customer service. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure that all of my issues are addressed.

2011 we purchased an 2007 750 LI BMW from an Illinois dealer. The sales man that we purchased our car from left the dealer ship 1 month after we purchased the car. When we took the car back in to ask certain questions about how to work certain features the service was not the same. We saw an Autohaus commercial on TV and we decided to look them up. Just so happen they where located three exits down from my job in Missouri. The first contact that I had with anyone at Autohaus was with Linda Schaefer in the service dept. Linda is amazing and she always treat us with the up most of respect and she provides excellent service care. Before we pay out of pocket she always check to see if the service call is covered under our warranty first. She provides us with great loaners. For the service and care that we have gotten at Autohaus its worth the drive from one state to another state.

Every time I bring my x5 in, Dan has been nothing less than a true professional. He is very thorough and wonderful to deal with. He listens to your issues and makes sure they are addressed. This Customer Service is very high and that's the reason we purchase our vehicles from Autohaus of Clayton. True professionals who back their product.
