BMW 101 I was having a few problems understanding some of the gadgets in my 5 series. Chris Buie was so nice and spent at least an hour with me until I unders I was having a few problems understanding some of the gadgets in my 5 series. Great all around experience From my initial contact via email with our salesman, Joe Bauer, through the entire trade in/buying process, we were thoroughly impressed with our expe From my initial contact via email with our salesman, Joe Bauer, through the entire trade in/buying process, we were thoroughly impressed with our experience with Autohaus. After some initial trepidation, we decided to finally buy a new car and after visiting numerous dealerships, landed on Autohaus BMW. While I had dreaded the process, I realized my worries were unfounded once we got to know Joe. He walked us through the process and negotiated a very fair deal. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. The walk through of the vehicles features with my wife and I by resident "BMW genius" Chris Buie was a nice touch as well. Very informative. More

Chris Buie: Excellent Customer Service Chris Buie played a critical role in my excellent experience with purchasing a new BMW 320i front Autohaus BMW. Chris followed up with me a few days Chris Buie played a critical role in my excellent experience with purchasing a new BMW 320i front Autohaus BMW. Chris followed up with me a few days after my purchase and had me come in to the dealership to discuss any issues I was having with becoming familiar with my new car. We went out to the car and Chris spent at least half an hour helping me understand the iDrive and other amenities. Chris also installed my new plates and BMW frames for the car. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and a great person to work with. More
