I had a great experience at this dealer. This was the quickest car purchase my family has ever made. Rick was a great salesperson and made sure I got the car I wanted in the best condition. Compared to my previous purchases it was an easy process. I bought a CX5 Turbo Premium and they were able to get me out of my 2022 CX30 Turbo Premium early. I snagged that 0apr and also got maintainence (oil I bought a CX5 Turbo Premium and they were able to get me out of my 2022 CX30 Turbo Premium early. I snagged that 0apr and also got maintainence (oil changes), road hazard protection(for my wheels), term care (brakes, rotors, tubes) and gap coverage. An easy process and a great team to work with! Jim Ellis Mazda had the largest selection of cars in the South. We went to Knoxville and Murfreesboro and had no luck. Disorganized place. Highly unprofessional managers with anger issues. Sales Manager Chris Chandler tried to sell the same car to me and another party and was asking me to buy it at higher produce than what anger issues. Sales Manager Chris Chandler tried to sell the same car to me and another party and was asking me to buy it at higher produce than what the other party had agreed to but it for. Very rude and got angry when I questioned the process. Basically told us that he won’t be selling us the car. We walked out and as it turns out the “other party” backed out as well. Got a call from sales guy the next day trying to get us to but the car. No thanks! More
