Compared to my previous purchases it was an easy process. I bought a CX5 Turbo Premium and they were able to get me out of my 2022 CX30 Turbo Premium early. I snagged that 0apr and also got maintainence (oil I bought a CX5 Turbo Premium and they were able to get me out of my 2022 CX30 Turbo Premium early. I snagged that 0apr and also got maintainence (oil changes), road hazard protection(for my wheels), term care (brakes, rotors, tubes) and gap coverage. An easy process and a great team to work with! Lance was very patient with me during the Financing process when purchasing my car. He also explained everything very clearly and spoke very professionally. I never once felt pressured, or rushed durin process when purchasing my car. He also explained everything very clearly and spoke very professionally. This was my first time purchasing a new car and I was a little nervous, but once I met Lance I knew I was in the right hands. He was very very nice, respectful, and genuinely seemed like a very nice and good guy. Once the entire process was over, Lance congratulated me on my new purchase and made me feel like I made the right decision. The process did take a little long, but to no fault of Lance as I was the one holding up the process. Once I realized that I was holding everyone up, I got nervous, but Lance reassured me that it was no issue, and that he would wait until I had everything in order. Thanks for being so patient with me Lance and I really appreciate the time and effort you had given me when purchasing the new car.
