Ongoing mistakes, miscommunications and a full month of no contact, and when I called I was told Kevins was out of country and only he knew what was happening with my car. Lithia originally had my car for no contact, and when I called I was told Kevins was out of country and only he knew what was happening with my car. Lithia originally had my car for a month returned it to me without having even looked at my second warning light. I had to turn around and bring it back. It was another full 3 months before my car was completed. A week before it was completed I stopped by to find out what the status was because I hadn’t heard. I learned part of my car key (the electronic part) had been lost, but then was accidentally found while I was in the dealership. Then when I received the car back a little over a week later I was told, the mechanic had lost my key sometime in the last week so “I had a new key made for you.” This meant my auto start key fob that was attached was also lost. I was told I would get a call Monday so I could make an appointment with another company to get a replacement fob made. Outrageously poor service for the entire time I have owned my car. About three months into my process I attempted to call the service manager and the general manager multiple times. I received ZERO return calls or messages. When calling the dealership, Service, Finance, Sales Departments do not, DO NOT answer the phones! Neither does management. Parts always answers the phone before the third ring. That is the only way I got information most of the time! Interpersonally Kevins and Josh were polite and pleasant in person. None the less the overall service and continued mistakes in servicing my car were terrible. I wish the new Service Manager well as he retrains his entire department in customer service. More

The experience for the last 3 years has been terrible. Worst communication! No one answers calls/texts. No clear picture on cost or completion. It would take a book to explain the way I was treated. To top it off, when I finally got it back after 7 weeks for a radio, my passenger seat was damaged. They didn’t seem to care and said a detailer could probably fix it! They damaged it and I have to pay someone to fix it?!? Poor, just poor. Bought the most expensive car they had at the time, and this is how I’m treated. Shameful. More

Came in with an issue he texted me saying if he can help with the problem to text him so waited there for about an hour they know what the problem was but did not want to fix the problem we left the dealers with the problem to text him so waited there for about an hour they know what the problem was but did not want to fix the problem we left the dealership I texted him back letting him know that the car is doing the same thing he never responded back issue still happening.. and we've told them this before problem before I came in.. we've written concerns and last time they've did our oil change are filter wasn't screwed on correctly wife drove home car with no oil in it.. Hyundai knows that these GDI engines have this fuel pump issue but will not fix it it's a 5-minute job to where that they can fix it the part is a $100 part that you can find online takes 5 minutes to replace and I have extended warranty that I paid for and still no response no response to the issues that's been happening from the services that we've been getting from the dealership from our concerns and everything else not happy at all some of the people there are okay but this Kevin Guy saying oh text me if I can help you guys out at all but when we do there's no response at all ignores this completely obviously the management in this place is not doing their job More

My Hyundai Santa Fe has to be fixed specifically with a Hyundai shop. I paid for it to be towed from Fairbanks which was a lot of money. It was dropped off the end of September, and had an appointment on N Hyundai shop. I paid for it to be towed from Fairbanks which was a lot of money. It was dropped off the end of September, and had an appointment on November 14. Today, January 30, it has not been looked at yet. It hasn’t been brought into the shop. Every time I call the service shop they say they’ll call me back but never do. I have a case manager with Hyundai of North America who has been trying to contact them too. But they don’t ever return any phone calls. I’m very upset and disappointed with the service here. More
