Unable to open my doors without paying 5000. 00 is absolutely ridiculous. Then I get home and notice my car has a massive scratch that was not there before and still no response from Service Mana 00 is absolutely ridiculous. Tbe technicians did their job well. Everything was taken care that was needed. Joshua was very helpful. He even made sure to ask me if anything was not completed. Lithia gets a lower rating, though, because the service was slow. I had an appointment and was told it would take half hour. It took closer to a hour and a half. I do appreciate that there is a comfortable wairing area and beverages to drink while we wait. Everything was very clean. More
