The floor mats, charging, plates could have all been done before we arrived. The whole process seemed disjointed and took far too long. I went in prepared to do battle and walk away if I came across any shady sales practices (useless dealer add-ons, market adjustments, etc), but this place is the complete opposite and I highly recommend them.
