Did not want to have to buy a new truck, but was in an accident (tree always wins). Went back to the same dealer I had bought 2 other vehicles from, Shaker Family Ford. They treated me very well!!! Hopefully I don't have to spend any more $$ in the near future on a motor vehicle, but if I do, I will go back to a dealership that made me feel comfortable. More

My wife and I just recently leased a 2013 Ford Edge Sport from Shaker Family Ford. The sales employee that I primarily worked with was Klitijon Bekurti. He was extremely helpful and professional throughout from Shaker Family Ford. The sales employee that I primarily worked with was Klitijon Bekurti. He was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process and did not put an undue "sales pressure" on us to buy. He listened to what was important to us in a vehicle and then only showed us those vehicles that met our specific requirements. One of the things that I appreciated the most was Klitijon's willingness to communicate through emails during the work day. This made it easier for me to respond and ask questions without having to find time to make phone calls. Overall, the experience was a positive one. My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received from Klitijon and the rest of the Shaker staff. Thanks again!!! More
