Salesman Osvandy Arias warmly greeted me at the door and was very knowledgeable about the car as we took it for a test drive. When it came to financing, Dee Mustafa was friendly, professional and not at all pushy in terms of extra products. The dealership is very well maintained and comfortable, with free beverages and nice seating areas. For such a large location, I am impressed with the attention to detail and service that was provided. The only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars is because the car buying process took too long, nearly 6 hours from start to finish on a weekday, even when I knew exactly what I wanted and had my paperwork ready. If they can better streamline their personnel and various departments, they will be unbeatable as a dealership. Thank you! More

This is the third new vehicle that I have purchased at DCH Paramus Honda since 2010. The week before my purchase, my salesman, Adolfo Marte, took the time (hours) to show me the model configurations and colors in which I was most interested. That was most important to me. It is also why I went back to him when I finally decided to purchase. While car dealing is never considered a pleasure, the pricing that I was given on the new car was more than fair, actually outstanding. I was also given a fair trade-in on my 2013 Honda Coupe. I also service my cars at DCH Paramus Honda and the pricing and value is excellent. The work is always done correctly and any small issues are handled immediately, without complaint. So, in conclusion, I am very satisfied with my purchase, the salesman that sold the car to me and the service that I receive at DCH. I am completely satisfied with both my new Honda and my older 2015 Crosstour, also purchased there. More

Great negotiators I went to the dealership looking to trade in a car that was only 2 years old because I needed more room. I still owed money on it, Renato was able to show me the van that I wanted and help me to negotiate with them to get the price I wanted. When it came to the vehicle pick up Hamad D. was wonderful. Not only did he get my car ready in a reasonable time but he took his time teaching me about everything in the car. There are a lot of features with the odyssey, and he helped me with every one, he was in high demand but he still took his time with me. Whenever someone would call he would tell them he had to finish up with me, he didn’t rush me and he made sure I understood everything. He didn’t miss a beat. I so I appreciate him and the people of DCH Paramus Honda, they got me what I wanted at the price I wanted (we wouldn’t back down, lol). More
