Cindy a Pillar of Excellence I live in North Carolina and basically purchased the car over the phone. I have never done this before and was especially nervous that the vehicle was I live in North Carolina and basically purchased the car over the phone. I have never done this before and was especially nervous that the vehicle wasn't everything that I wanted. Cindy Rivera was THE BEST sales agent I have ever had. Although we had never met and it was over the phone she treated me as though I was her most important client. She handled all my concerns and questions (there were many) efficiently, professionally and honestly. I took a bus to New York to view the vehicle. It was PERFECT and so was Cindy.
