Bitter Sales staff top priority is making a sale. Professionalism is definitely not the employees top priority as many of the employees will be heard convers Sales staff top priority is making a sale. Professionalism is definitely not the employees top priority as many of the employees will be heard conversing with each other with rather vulgar vocabulary. Service department had left a bitter taste in my mouth every time I went in or even talked on the phone. They are always correct and you are an the sucker who doesn't know what you are talking about. Would not recommend the sales department. Would DEFINITELY not recommend service department. More

2015 Mustang Overall I am happy with my purchase and Michael Krantz in sales. I am not happy that Alexis ordered the 2 front bucket seats in leather and neglicted Overall I am happy with my purchase and Michael Krantz in sales. I am not happy that Alexis ordered the 2 front bucket seats in leather and neglicted to order the backseat in leather. Now I have to return at a later date to have the backseat installed with the leather seat. As much as the seats cost I would expect better service. It is an inconvenience to me and now I have to miss more time from work because of this huge oversight. More

Love my Fords and 5Star!!!!!!!! My son and my sister have also bought their new trucks at 5Star this year as well. I worked with David Keen (who by the way was AWESOME) in purchasing my Expedition this month. Best Dealership Ever David Keen is the best vehicle salesman ever. I have just purchased my second truck from him. He helps me with picking out the right vehicle for me, David Keen is the best vehicle salesman ever. I have just purchased my second truck from him. He helps me with picking out the right vehicle for me, not him, in a way that is low-pressure and truly helpful. I was in a time crunch and he got me through finance, with the help of Michael, in record time -- less that 15 minutes. Unheard of. By the way, Clay is the best service person I've ever worked with and will not hesitate to bring my new F150 Raptor to him for maintenance and repairs. More

I took my car here. . still not fixed. .told the truth in the survey,and now Clay tells me I xxxxed him out of 4000$ so even though it's not fixed I should of given high marks on the survey. And not only wi the survey,and now Clay tells me I xxxxed him out of 4000$ so even though it's not fixed I should of given high marks on the survey. And not only will he not fix it, he told me he is gonna have to ask me to go some where else. This company is more concerned about the xxxx survey then they are customers and their cars. Dismissing me was the wrong thing to do. I will never ever return and I highly recommend do not take your car here!! More
