We had an issue with the audio system. It was cutting out at random times. All forms of audio were distorted even navigation which could be disastrous when making highway changes on busy It was cutting out at random times. The service people diagnosed the problem, apparently a known issue, and ordered parts. They graciously gave us loaners each time. So far the problem has not returned but it was very random. So hopefully they got it right. More

The service department is the best part of this dealership. I’ve been going here for 11 years. They are honest, kind and make sure all your concerns are addressed. They value your time and really work with your schedule. I also love the communication with the text option. I am appreciative they got me in quickly when I had an issue with my tire. They were able to fix my tire so quickly, so I would not miss any more work. Even though they squeezed me in on short notice, they still made time to wash and vacuum my car, which I was not expecting. Thank you for taking good care of my car and me! More

5 stars just isn't enough. I can't explain how satisfied I am with the care and attention we received last week after we discovered one of our wheels had broken a stud and lost I can't explain how satisfied I am with the care and attention we received last week after we discovered one of our wheels had broken a stud and lost 3 nuts. Even though it was after service hours on a weekend, I sent a text message and received overwhelming responses from several individuals. Once I was able to get the car to service, they took over and did a wonderful job. Clayton kept me informed the entire time and made sure that everything was corrected.
