Two days prior to this purchase , we went to another dealer because the car they had was advertised as "certified". Unfortunately, the car had been grossly misrepresented and so we went to Lugoff Toyota dealer because the car they had was advertised as "certified". Unfortunately, the car had been grossly misrepresented and so we went to Lugoff Toyota. Not only was their car as advertised , it was better than expected. The salesman(Cody Debruhl) went above and beyond to ensure the experience was a pleasant one(I am disabled and was in pain that day so he actually brought the papers out to my truck so I would not have to walk "on crutches"). The man handling the finacing(Trevor) also made sure we got the best possible deal. All questions were answered and all information ,on the car , was provided. The way we were treated at this dealership restored my belief that "most people are honest"! More

I went to lugoff Toyota to look and had what I wanted and the price was great cost was a lot of help to me and the manager helped me out a lot with down payment and stuff really nice people it was a great ex the price was great cost was a lot of help to me and the manager helped me out a lot with down payment and stuff really nice people it was a great experience for me and my wife and I love my 2007 tacoma I would highly recommend cost at lugoff Toyota More

When i drove up i was greeted by cody outside and he introduced himself. i told him i was ther to meet with ralph harper. we went inside and he found out that ralph was engaged with other customers at t introduced himself. i told him i was ther to meet with ralph harper. we went inside and he found out that ralph was engaged with other customers at the time, so we sat down,cody and i and he proceeded to get some information from me to see if he could help me get started. he asked some general information, then narrowed it down.At that time, samer came in and talked a little with me about what i wanted and my current situation. we narrowed it down a little further and he came up with a vehicle. cody and i test drove the car, a good test drive. i liked what we had so we went back in and sat down and started talking finances.Samer worked hard with me to get to where i needed to be and when he was done and had talked to trevor and the banks and we got things finalized to the point of where i was happy with what they had put together for me i went in and talked at length with trevor and was pleasently suprised to find that they had gotten me a lower intrest rate, which i was happy to see.trevor also gave me some very important information on gap insurance. i am very glad that he did. all in all my experience with your sales staff at lugoff toyota was a fun and interesting experience, i was never kept waiting for more than five minutes at a time. i was treated with courtesy and respect. your staff is knowledgeble and respect the fact that your customers have other things to do besides being kept waiting in a showroom. they met my needs and did so in a very timely fashion. also i had driven a rental to the lot. they provided a driver to drive my vehicle to my house and i then returned him to the showroom, thus avoiding me driving home and trying to find someone to come back out with me to get the car.by maintaing these standards i would recomend my freinds and family to make there next purchase from lugoff toyota. sincerely Mr. Edward Arcury More

These two sales individuals went way above and beyond in selling me my vehicle. They communicated above expectation. I purchased this vehicle over the phone and had it shipped to Indiana. When I saw the vehicle I was very impressed with the condition. They handled themselves extremely proffesional and worked with me through all the paperwork and transporting. As I drove into Lugoff Toyota it was raining and Mr. Debruhl was walking towards my car. I was impressed that he walked over to me and I did not have to search out a salesperson. He greeted me with a friendly and firm handshake and we proceeded to begin to discuss my purchase of a new car. Cody was extremely helpful in that he was not pushy in helping me decide on which vehicle I wanted and he was patient as I thought my way through the process. We spent a lot of time walking in the rain. We both had a great laugh when we discovered that Cody's brother, David, was in my homeroom class at the high school at which I taught. When I had settled on the car I wanted, Cody led me to Trevor's office and we proceeded to complete the transaction. Trevor was thorough, fair, and patient as he explained all of the paperwork. It was not a painful ordeal at all. On the next day, I drove back to the dealership and Cody gave me a great tutorial on the workings of the car. It was great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

First contact was through the internet, I received a response very quick from Cody. Cody suggested my husband and I come look at there inventory. Before I could get off of work and go there, I receive response very quick from Cody. Cody suggested my husband and I come look at there inventory. Before I could get off of work and go there, I received another call from Ralph, just making sure I had received a call. When we arrived we asked for Cody and he was very prompt in responding, We were very pleased with the experience, and would definitely recommend the dealer and Cody. We will probably return to purchase our next car there. More
