Purchased used vehicle and AC was not working upon purchase. Dealership agreed to fix and I brought the vehicle in for repairs a few weeks after purchase. After about a month the AC had stopped workin purchase. Dealership agreed to fix and I brought the vehicle in for repairs a few weeks after purchase. After about a month the AC had stopped working again and I started trying to contact Corwin. It took a couple of months to finally hear back, and J.R told me that it has been too long and was questioning why I waited so long to contact them if it wasn't working a month after, although I had called about 20 times. He also blamed me and said that I didn't run the AC enough during the colder weather months even though I tried explaining that it had stopped working before winter after about a month of use. I just wanted to get something fixed that this dealership told me they would fix upon purchase, and it was never properly fixed. J.R told me that he wasn't willing to absorb the entire cost of this repair again, but wondering if they ever even replaced it to begin with. Overall, this place is not doing their best to help their customers, they just want your money. J.R. was also very condescending when I spoke with him, constantly calling me 'buddy' and just being overall extremely rude and unprofessional. I would avoid this place at all costs. More

Negotiation times were longer than promised, but staff was able to get me where I wanted to be on the car. Car was delivered very clean and full of gas. Excellent customer service! I am very pleased with how understanding and patient my salesman, Cody, and finance manager, Mark, were during the application and finance process. FRAUD - Corwin Toyota posts intentionally DECEPTIVE PHOTOS to hide vehicle damage! They mirror-imaged multiple pictures of the ‘good side’ of the car to make it look like there were views of all sides PHOTOS to hide vehicle damage! They mirror-imaged multiple pictures of the ‘good side’ of the car to make it look like there were views of all sides when in fact they hid significant damage on the other side of the car. Unbelievably deceptive for a major national-brand car dealership! Details below and screenshots/photos posted on my Google review and here if able: I was shopping for a used car and went to Corwin Toyota of Colorado Springs to look at a used Mazda 3. I noted that the CarFax report showed previous minor damage on the right-front side of the car, and I thoroughly went through the 22 photos in the online post looking for signs of any other damage. Upon looking at the car at Corwin Toyota, I was shocked to see a massive scrape and dent in the car body behind the left-rear tire and in the rear bumper! I looked at the photos of the driver’s side and left-rear quarter panel in the online posting to see how I had missed it. The first thing I noticed was that the car in the online posting had a fueling door on the driver’s side, but the car that I was looking at in the lot had the fueling on the passenger side. I was so convinced that I was looking at the wrong car in the lot that I checked the VIN number on the car, but it matched the online posting! Then I looked through the photos in the online posting and noticed that the photos online showed a fueling door on BOTH SIDES of the car…in both side views and both rear quarter-panel views where legitimate photos would have clearly showed the damage! That’s when I realized that Corwin Toyota was being INTENTIONALLY DECEPTIVE with their online photos to hide damage in order to mislead potential customers. There is no plausible explanation for this being unintentional. Just shameful and totally unacceptable. More
