However I can't make favorable comments about your BMW genius with whom we had less than pleasant interactions twic resulting in a 5 start rating. However I can't make favorable comments about your BMW genius with whom we had less than pleasant interactions twice in a 6-month period while leasing 2 new vehicles. He needs training in customer service and more product knowledge. More
