Great Experience I dealt with Colette, the Internet Sales Manager. We conducted business over text and email and I let her know that I didn’t want to spend all day the I dealt with Colette, the Internet Sales Manager. We conducted business over text and email and I let her know that I didn’t want to spend all day there when we came for the car. She was very nice and did a great job getting the car ready. Two reasons for not giving 5 stars. Colette was also doing a deal with another customer at the same time, even though I had made an appointment with her to purchase the car. I get that she’s making a living, but it slowed the process a bit. Finance is the real bummer. We made it clear that we were not interested in any of their extras they try to sell you. However the finance person wrote it all up anyway just to show us what the monthly would be. Waste of our time. She continued to push, we continued to say no. I felt she was not happy and was considerably slow thru that process. More

Super I don't like the process of buying cars with a salesperson constantly trying to force you into buying something you can't afford or don't like. I fin I don't like the process of buying cars with a salesperson constantly trying to force you into buying something you can't afford or don't like. I finally found a dealership where I was left free to roam the lot with a salesperson in tow to answer my questions. When we could not find what I wanted, he told me "Wait here" and came back a few minutes later with exactly the no-frills vehicle I wanted. Eventually, we arrived at the price I wanted to pay. I felt no pressure. Doing the paperwork was equally painless. More
