OMG!!! Can you say BOZARD?They ROCK the house with customer service. Tom Krell, you are the MAN. You listened to what I needed,wanted and made it work for me. I have had my 2013 Ford fiesta for 24 hrs and I love it. I always thought BOZARD, that rinky, dinky place no way would I go there. I was told to go see billy Arndt, that he would take care of me. Great guy, great experience. From billy, he took me to Tom Krell to get the ball rolling on paper work. I have to be honest, i didn't think you guys could do it. When you told me everything was set and approved come get your new car. What a sigh of relief...:) I must of told 20 people since I woke up this morning. What a great experience. This Boston gal doesn't Please easily. I will be a return customer.5 stars across the board. More

Bozard goes out of there way! Went in close to closeing Bozard goes out of there way! Went in close to closeing time on a Saturday with my van that was haveing issues to say the least Alex and krystal help Bozard goes out of there way! Went in close to closeing time on a Saturday with my van that was haveing issues to say the least Alex and krystal helped me out and got my van in the shop and diagnosed ....bad fuel pump.....even though they were closeing up by this time Alex went and personaly picked up parts needed. And David the tech stayed after close also and had my van ready when I arrived Monday ...as needed You guys rock!!! More

We had a bad experience at another dealership. We looked for a new dealership and found Bozard Ford. It is not the closest dealership to us, but it is the best! Alek was our first and now only service perso for a new dealership and found Bozard Ford. It is not the closest dealership to us, but it is the best! Alek was our first and now only service person. We recommend him and the dealership to everyone we meet! He is a knowledgeable, considerate, friendly, and helpful service person. We will never take our cars anywhere else! More

I have the opportunity to work with Alex and Crystal on a daily basis, and today was no exception when I say that their service is always first rate. Alex's great communication skills are key in our business daily basis, and today was no exception when I say that their service is always first rate. Alex's great communication skills are key in our business. He understands that our company need answers and options at a moment's notice, as we too have client's time and money on the line. I was continually consulted with on the diagnosis of our vehicle and then provided with various parts and price options. Not everyone would go the extra mile for us, but Alex and Crystal are consistent in getting us what we need in a timely matter. I dealt with Crystal for the most part. This was the best experience I've had at a car service center. She was polite, professional, and made me feel at home. I don't know too much about cars, but she was ab experience I've had at a car service center. She was polite, professional, and made me feel at home. I don't know too much about cars, but she was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. The work needed on my car turned out great and in a very timely manner.
