While all dealerships are more expensive than generic service garages, the overall quality of work and parts is far better. There are some things which the "shade tree mechanic" at home may be able to do service garages, the overall quality of work and parts is far better. There are some things which the "shade tree mechanic" at home may be able to do himself, but with most modern vehicles, the major items are best left to the ones who know those vehicles best. Jim Norton Toyota is my choice for anything I can't do or don't want to attempt to do. Courtesy, professionalism, quality parts and workmanship are what I've always received at Jim Norton Toyota. I always have a pleasant experience when I have to be there for service on our truck. I would love it here even more though, if the dealership would do some sort of contest or drawing for a free 4-runner there for service on our truck. I have always dreaded entering a car dealership, always. My husband took a gamble and stopped in Jim Norton one day and we met Zach out in the lot. I had no real idea what type of vehicle I wanted and Zac My husband took a gamble and stopped in Jim Norton one day and we met Zach out in the lot. I had no real idea what type of vehicle I wanted and Zach was patient and willing to allow me space to gather information and work through my own thoughts. He never pushed an agenda & was great to answer all questions. He was attentive, quick witted and knowledgeable. It was his non sales approach that won me over & I appreciate that so much. Once I decided on what I wanted, his customer service work didn't stop there. He took a personal interest in every aspect of our buying experience, over and above for sure. I am grateful to have finally had a positive car salesman experience! Thanks Zach!! More
