Best experience ever My wife and me were looking for a challenger and went to the dealer and mark helped us with everything, he is an excellent, honest and decent person. 2017 Jeep Cherokee Overland My wife & I bought another new Jeep Overland from Phillips as we recently purchased a 2017 Grand Cherokee Overland at the end of December. We find their easy going, no pressure, professional approach reminds us of the dealer we purchased cars from up in Pittsburgh. I specifically asked for the same Salesman, Bill Stickley, as he's an honest & engaging person. I find they have a great selection & usually have the model w/ the colors & options we like at an reasonable price. Since they're about a 100 miles from where we live I research online & negotiate over the phone w/ them so we don't make a wasted trip. They have the paperwork ready when we arrive w/ the car cleaned, prepped & ready to go. However, in this particular instance Bill immediately pointed out the Cherokee's Driver side mirror had some paint missing & they didn't realize until just before we arrived. Since this was a Sunday & the Service Department was closed nothing could be done until early in the week when a replacement mirror could be ordered. It was agreed they would send me the mirror as they already made arrangements w/ my Local Dealer to replace it at their cost. Also, the Cargo Cover was missing (it was on the Sticker & in the photo online), but they're shipping it directly to me as well. While these issues likely would have caused some trepidation on some people's part, their personal & professional approach to resolve them only reinforced we made the right decision to purchase our vehicles from Phillips. Honesty and Patience We arrived at the dealership as the doors were closing for the day. Our salesman Matthew Hurd stayed later to talk briefly to us. At first, it was the similar haggling over price vs trade in. We were not satisfied and politely left. Before leaving, we were approached by Sales Manager Dale Coleman who was able to lower the price, due to increased trade in allowance. We took a couple of days to consider their offer and requested some more money for our trade in. And yes, we did shop around for a similar car, test driving from Lakeland Chrysler, but they stated there was NO way they could sell us at that price and further stated that our deal with Phillips would surprise them if it could be done at our stated price. While in Lakeland, we received a text message that Phillips wanted to further evaluate our trade and they could possible meet our price request. We went straight to Phillips and because we were Sams Club members, there was an additional $1000 rebate towards our car. Our price had been met! They never gave up and did their due diligence to please us with the price we originally asked for. Within a few hours, we were driving home our new vehicle. We cannot say enough good things regarding Phillips Chrysler and the TEAM that re instilled our faith that a good deal CAN be done. More

Have always been treated well fron this dealership I just purchased my 4th van from this dealership. I've always been treated extremely well and I feel I've gotten fair deals every time. This was the 3rd deal I've had with Mark Helfer, I always ask for him because I trust him to be honest. He doesn't pressure me or try to upsell me on anything. He took a lot of time to explain all the new features and electronics on the new Pacifica. He even came to my house and explained the electronics to my wife. He's a great guy! John Nagy More

Integrity, product knowledge and disclosure are beyond reproach, I recently retired after 44 years in the retail auto industry and it would have been my pleasure to have worked with these two gentlemen. It's too bad that the industry does not have more people of their caliber, they are a credit to their product and their dealership and when our lease expires I would look forward to dealing with them again. Mark Helfer at Phillips had already helped us with two other purchases and provided top-notch service, so the decision to call him was a no-brainer. Mark did his usual magic and found us exactly what we were looking for, and worked on making us a deal on a Rubicon that we are ecstatic about. Dale Coleman (management) remembered us from 2013 when we bought our first vehicle at the dealership and made us feel right at home. Kevin Roberts got the contract done quickly so we could get on the road in our new Jeep. This was the shortest amount of time we've ever spend at a dealer purchasing a vehicle, which is a huge plus in our books. Thank you Mark, Dale and Kevin! The kids (and parents) love riding with the top down! More
