Got my first car today through FAST and SMOOTH transaction! Didn’t had the chance to get the one we wanted because of car shortage; however, Dalen presented us another one which is as good as the transaction! I searched for cars online and found one we wanted at Honda of Tenafly. I have always owned Hondas but never purchased from this dealership before. I am so glad we found Honda of Tenafly. They made negotiations and purchasing a complete breeze. It was the smoothest and easiest car buying experience of my life, no exaggeration. Dalen, our sales rep, was warm, friendly, and sincere. He truly wanted to help us get the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, and closed the sale quickly. We were very impressed with his communication and professionalism. The other reps we spoke to in passing were also kind and helpful. We got such a great vibe from the employees and the dealership; we would definitely purchase something again and I can’t recommend Dalen more highly. He helped us get a great deal and get out the door in our 2018 civic with very low miles fast and with no hassle- which is exactly what we wanted. We will absolutely be back for our next car.
